New Zealand is beautiful year-round, but the ideal time depends on your preferences:

Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Travelers from some countries may only need an NZeTA (New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority) for visits up to 90 days, while others may require a Visitor Visa. We provide complete assistance with the NZeTA or visa application process.

Yes, absolutely! We ensure prayer facilities are available throughout your journey. Our tour vehicles are equipped with portable prayer mats and qibla compasses. We schedule regular breaks at rest stops with prayer facilities, and all our partner hotels provide designated prayer spaces. Major cities like Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch have mosques that we can arrange visits to upon request.

We recommend packing layers as New Zealand weather can change quickly:

• Light and warm jackets (layering is key)
• Rain jacket or waterproof outer layer
• Modest clothing suitable for Islamic dress requirements
• Prayer mat and travel-sized Quran (if desired)
• Sunscreen and sunglasses (UV is strong in NZ)

Yes! We specialize in customized tours for families, groups, and special occasions. 1. 90+ days before departure: Deposit forfeited (covers administrative and initial booking costs)
2. 60–89 days before departure: 50% of total cost (reflects confirmed supplier commitments)
3. 30–59 days before departure: 75% of total cost (reflects non-recoverable supplier payments)
4. Less than 30 days before departure: Up to 90% of total cost (reflects fully committed supplier costs). Any recoverable amounts from suppliers will be refunded to you, less a reasonable administration fee.
